every man's got a devil

I've been putting effort in compiling and finsihing off just a few copies of my Holy Terror Ripp Off sleeved mixtapes. Pretty pleased with my selection, however no vinyl here. The tape is going to be up for trade at the show with Losing X Streak, Black Haven and Your God Is Dead through Skoezole Tapetrade. Quite fun, huh? Mixtapes pretty much rule the world and it has been ages since I made a tape the last time, been listening to this thing for a whole week. Eat your heart out.

a first new sign of life since ages

So 2007 has started, and has been running for over a month now, this is the first update since the hang out with the punks from Caustic Christ last year. Lots of things have happened inbetween and it's good to be back on track again. The sun is shining outside, and I pretty much don't care who's in the running right now on reading this blog. Actually I still have no idea what direction I'm going to be pushing this blog into.

The idea of having a blog in which I can ramble about all kinds of things is still pretty sweet. In the end I'll probably be rambling about stuff that pretty much interests me , and stuff I'll be doing or different things I care about. Crap. Kids. Love. Hardcore. That's all we care about. Keep it alive.

deutschland into the night

I don't know how much people out there actually care about this. But it's a fact that in a short time of your life a certain band gets missed. Since the demise of the True Blue, who could have been considered the next Icemen. Out of those ashes came World Collapse, keeping the world hungry by sporadically teasing us for over a couple of years now with spare mp3's.

Who still fucking cares? The year is 2007 and Reaper Records just released this brand new record by World Collapse. Hated and loved. In the end they will rule. Everything. Down.

It has been on my mind for a couple of weeks, but the latest Made Out Of Babies out on Neurot Recordings is definitely the best looking record that came into my record shelves recently. Just love the confronting artwork and the "coward" message on the backsleeve. Records like these remind you on how great it is to not only obtain some good music, but some good artwork too. It even looks better on LP. You gotta have it, recorded by Steve Albini.

ps: couldn't find any info on the artwork. my copy didn't come with an inner sleeve. Sucks.

play list:
- mind eraser : clacial reign
- burnt by the sun : the perfect is the enemy of good
- freya : lift the curse
- buffallo springfield : greatest hits
